1. NO OILS OR PRODUCT on hair when arriving for your appointment, this causes white residue and buildup once I add my braiding products.
2. Client should arrive with freshly shampooed and fully blow dried hair. Add-on fee to blow dry hair.
3. Hair is included for MOST styles colors #1, 1B, 2, 4, 27, 30 and 613. Text me to inquire on additional colors.
4. No extra guest No Exceptions!
5. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO REFUNDS ON ANY PAYMENT, No Exceptions At All!!!
6. Reschedules accepted within 72 hours of your original appointment. 1 reschedule per appointment - fee applied if rescheduled more than once.
7. FINAL PAYMENT/BALANCE DUE UPON COMPLETION OF SERVICE - PAYABLE VIA: CASH, APPLE PAY, ZELLE, CREDIT CARD ($10 add-on) or 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐇 𝐀𝐏𝐏 ($5 add-on)
8. Lateness: There is a 10 min grace period, afterwards you will be charged $15 and $1 every min after.
9. MANDATORY- WEAR A MASK / RESCHEDULE IF SICK.
10. Please be prepared to be photographed and or videoed.
